Who we are
JSE Associates designs and facilitates public involvement and group processes to engage stakeholders, share information, and build agreements in multi-stakeholder environments. Processes: Public meetings; online public engagement efforts; tasks forces; advisory committees; planning efforts; partnering; and conflict resolution. JSE Associates was founded in 2012, and is certified DBE in Colorado and Denver.

Our Team
Jody Erikson
President/Founder
Jody has been designing public involvement and stakeholder engagement processes and trainings since 2000. She earned a bachelor degree in Human Communication at the University of Denver and achieved a master degree in Public Administration from University of Colorado, Denver. She is listed on the US Institute for Environmental Conflict Resolution’s (ECR) National Roster of Environmental Dispute Resolution and Consensus Building Professionals. Jody is a National Highway Institute Master Trainer.
Jody uses her neutrality on the outcome to bring success to projects. Her strategic questions bring forward the key purpose and question a process needs to achieve, and designs engagement and information sharing elements to assist the public and clients in reaching satisfying outcomes. She works for the success of all. Jody’s experience covers a broad set of policy areas (environmental, natural resources, energy, public heath) across the United States and internationally.
International projects include: Nepal, Cameroon, and Spain
Associates
When needed, Jody takes advantage of young talented facilitators. She also uses experienced seniors in the field for bigger public meeting needs. This gives clients more facilitator expertise and services when needed; and provides the opportunity for JSE Associates to mentor new facilitators to the field.
